Droits de propriété intellectuelle : Google et moi (et toi)

Après ma montée de lait d'hier, j'ai relu les conditions d'utilisation de Blogger, et c'est pas si pire.

Mais en bout de ligne, je cherche un hébergeur Web.

Avis aux intéressés.

6. Intellectual Property Rights. Google's Intellectual Property Rights. You acknowledge that Google owns all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights (the "Google Rights"). Je ne céderai foutrement rien à Facebook

Sur son blog, l'écrivain américain Edward Champion, collaborateur régulier pour différents médias comme le Los Angeles Times, affirme en avoir fini avec Facebook : « je ne cède foutrement aucun droit à Facebook pour conserver des copies de n'importe quel contenu importé de mon blog, et si ces têtes de cons essayent de l'utiliser, ils devront faire face à de sérieuses conséquences juridiques ».

Ça résume assez bien ma position.

J'ai désactivé tous les services donc aucun contenu ne peut se ramasser sur mon Facebook, à moins que je me logge et que je sois assez con pour y créer quelque chose.

Si on est ami sur Facebook, merci de ne pointer nulle part sur mon site.

La prochaine étape est de fermer mon compte. J'hésite encore.

C'est pas beau les addictions.

Edward Champion ajoute : « Creative Commons, voilà la solution. Pas d'attribution totalitaire des droits. »

Mon blogue est déjà protégé par cette licence. Y a-t-il un avocat dans l'audience?
